Ezekiel
Ezekiel 22:13BSB·traditional attribution

Now look, I strike My hands together against your unjust gain and against the blood you have shed in your midst.

Matthew Henry Presbyterian @wholebiblehenry

In these verses the prophet by a commission from Heaven sits as a judge upon the bench, and Jerusalem is made to hold up her hand as a prisoner at the bar; and, if prophets were set over other nations, much more over God's nation, Jer 1:10. This prophet is authorized to judge the bloody city, the city of bloods.

John Gill Reformed Baptist @doctorgill

Behold, therefore, I have smitten mine hand at thy dishonest gain which thou hast made,.... As one amazed at it; or as filled with indignation against it; or as grieved and distressed at it; so Jarchi and Kimchi: or else as rejoicing at the punishment going to be inflicted on them for it.

Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Reformed @jfbcommentary

smitten mine hand--in token of the indignant vengeance which I will execute on thee (see on Eze 21:17).
