Of Arabia Petraea; and all the kings of the mingled people that dwell in the desert; the other Arabians or mixed people, that dwell in Arabia Deserta, as the Scenites, Nomades, Kedarenes, and others; and so the Targum, "and all the kings of the Arabians, that dwell in tents in the desert.''
