And the sons of Gershom, Libni, and Shimi, according to their families. He had only two sons, from whom came the families of the Libnites and Shimites; see Num 3:21. . Exodus 6:18 exo 6:18 exo 6:18 exo 6:18And the sons of Kohath, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel,.... So they are reckoned in Ch1 6:18 though only the family of the Hebronites are mentioned in Num 26:58.
