I. Here is a hopeful meeting between Christ and a young man; such he is said to be (Mat 19:20, Mat 19:22), and a ruler (Luk 18:18), a person of quality. Some circumstances here are, which we had not in Matthew, which makes his address to Christ very promising. 1.
