For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law.
12. Whosoever have sinned without law, Ανόμως commonly means unlawfully, wickedly, lawlessly; but here, as it is evident from the context, it signifies to be without law. The adjective ἀνόμος is also used once in this sense in 1 Corinthians 9:21. — Ed. etc.
